Stephany has assisted on a wide range of real estate transactions and off-the-plan developments. She also manages the firm’s document control and audit of off-the-plan sales contracts in developments ranging from residential apartment complexes to industrial parks.

She has high attention to detail and provides a reliable, seamless and efficient service to our real estate team and to our clients.

Education

Stephany holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology and criminology from the University of Auckland.

Experience

Stephany has broad experience working in the property department of both top-tier and boutique law firms over the years as a Legal Assistant and a Paralegal on both large scale developments and residential transactions.

Stephany has also worked in private lending, specialising in custom loans and bridging the financial gap between lender and borrower.
