Nicki has experience advising clients in a broad range of corporate and commercial law matters including M&A, due diligence, corporate governance, contract drafting and negotiation, commercial advice and compliance issues.

Working alongside the corporate and commercial team partners, Nicki has strong analytical skills, legal drafting skills and a keen attention to detail.

Prior to joining SBA Law in 2023, Nicki spent 4 years at general commercial law firm Riordan & Riordan.

Education

Nicki holds a Bachelor of Laws from Deakin University and a Doctorate of Clinical Psychology from Monash University.

Nicki’s recent corporate and commercial transactions include:

• Assisting Riskonnect, a world leader in integrated risk management solutions, in relation to various aspects of its acquisition of Camms, a leading provider of enterprise cloud-based software for governance, risk and compliance.
• Advising a listed company through the process of delisting from ASX.
• Undertaking due diligence for a large private company vendor in preparation for a share sale.
• Assisting a target listed company in various aspects of a scheme of arrangement.
• Acting for a large managed fund in the sale of management rights.
• Advising a listed company in relation to ASX escrow requirements relating to the acquisition of mining tenements.
• Advising a media agency in relation to its media services agreement.
