Juin works in the firm’s commercial litigation and dispute resolution team. He is a commercial litigation generalist with particular expertise in property law litigation.

Juin has over 12 years of experience conducting litigation in courts in Victoria and New South Wales. He has acted for both plaintiffs and defendants in a range of commercial disputes and has accumulated significant mediation and trial practice experience in those years.

Juin’s clients appreciate his pragmatism, common sense and real-world problem-solving approach and his focus on achieving commercially acceptable and practical outcomes.

Juin has a diverse range of clients and regularly provides litigation advice to international clients with commercial interests in Australia.

Juin holds a Bachelor of Laws from Monash University.
