Andrew is a Partner in the firm’s commercial litigation and dispute resolution team.
He has over 12 years of experience of practising in commercial litigation, predominantly in the Supreme and Federal Courts and in the appellate jurisdictions. He has expertise in advising on insolvency matters, including cross-border insolvencies, Corporations Law matters, partnership disputes and disputes between joint venturers, oppression proceedings and matters arising upon cessation of employment.
His clients include professional services firms, insolvency practitioners, high net-worth individuals and company directors.
He is well known for providing astute strategic advice, careful analysis and obtaining commercial and cost-saving results.
He has considerable corporate governance experience through not only providing advice professionally in this area, but also by serving on committees of various clubs and organisations for over 10 years.
Andrew holds degrees of Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Laws from Monash University.
