Expertise

Adam is a lawyer in the firm’s corporate and commercial team and has experience working with clients on a variety of transactions across different industry sectors.

Adam has been involved in a number of small to mid cap M&A transactions, venture capital investments and other negotiated transactions, as well as corporate governance matters. He also assists clients with general commercial contracting.

Adam joined the firm as a summer clerk in 2022 and has recently been admitted to practise as a lawyer in Victoria.

Education

Adam holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and a Bachelor of Commerce with a major in Accounting from Monash University.

Experience

Adam most recently provided support:

• on the sale of the Montague Group to Pomona Valley, a subsidiary of Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan.
• to Hong Kong based Nissin Foods Company Limited (Hong Kong Stock Code 1475) in its acquisition of ABC Pastry, a leading manufacturer of frozen food products in Australia.
