Sam Bond
Sam Bond joined SBA as a lawyer in 1999 and became a Partner of the firm in 2004.
Sam specialises in commercial litigation and has practiced at all jurisdictional levels from the Magistrates Court to the High Court. He spends most of his time now in the Supreme, Federal or High Court or in large scale alternate dispute resolution. His client base extends from top 50 high net worth individuals, to top tier accounting firms, to public companies and their directors
Sam has tremendous experience in large scale litigation and has acted in some of the largest and well known commercial litigation matters in the State.
Over the years Sam has developed an ability to provide a practical analysis of complex commercial problems. He has particular expertise in insolvency, corporations law and contractual issues. He has an ability to provide a simplified and forthright approach practicably and efficiently.
Sam’s approach to commercial litigation is that it is only one facet of an important commercial transaction. He is always focused on achieving the best commercial outcome for his clients and understanding from and with them what success means for them.
Outside of work, Sam is an avid basketball player and is interested in travelling to challenging and remote areas of the world.
