Noah practises in the firm’s commercial litigation and dispute resolution team. He has particular expertise in the areas of contractual and general dispute resolution, insolvency (personal and corporate), debt recovery, property and insurance.
Noah prides himself in providing legal services which are practical, commercially savvy and client centric. If possible, he attempts to negotiate an early resolution to the dispute in an effort to obtain a cost-effective, and commercially desirable result for the client.
Prior to joining SBA Law, Noah worked for two years at a mid-sized Melbourne law firm, primarily in the commercial litigation team. Noah has previously acted for a variety of commercial clients including professional services firms, a leading global insurance company, a major international retailer and other international and Australian businesses.
Prior to practising in commercial litigation, Noah gained dispute resolution experience as an associate to a Canadian Olympic mediator. Noah holds degrees of Juris Doctor from the University of Melbourne, and a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) from the University of Toronto.
