Miranda Bordignon is a senior associate in the firm’s commercial litigation and dispute resolution team working closely with Andrew Green and Sam Bond. Miranda has worked on a diverse range of matters including contractual disputes, corporations matters, consumer law claims, building disputes, and matters relating to trade practices, trusts, employment law, breaches of directors duties and shareholder disputes.Miranda has experience in litigation in all Victorian jurisdictions as well as in the High Court of Australia, the Federal Court, the NSW Supreme Court, NSW Court of Appeal and the Building Appeals Board.
Miranda joined SBA Law at the start of 2017 after practicing in the corporate and the commercial litigation groups at Norton Gledhill as articled clerk, solicitor and senior associate. She was admitted to practice in 2009 and holds a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Science and a Diploma of German from the University of Melbourne.
Miranda was recently involved in the high profile constitutional case before the High Court sitting as the Court of Disputed Returns regarding the eligibility of former Senator Bob Day.
