Jeremy Rosenthal is a commercial and corporate lawyer with significant experience in transactional law, such as the purchase and sale of companies and businesses, corporate reconstruction, capital raisings and joint ventures, as well as board advisory, contractual and general day to day commercial work, which he sees as the cornerstone of a productive, long term relationship between lawyer and client.
Jeremy is well known for his expertise in agribusiness and acts for a number of listed companies, unlisted funds and private groups in diverse sectors including forestry, grain, livestock, corporate farming, fruit and vegetable marketing, stock and station network matters and alternative fuels.
Jeremy joined SBA Law in March 2013, after having been a Principal at Norton Gledhill since 2008. He has also previously held a senior in-house legal role in a major ASX listed company and was a Senior Associate at Arnold Bloch Leibler for some years. He was admitted to practice in 1998 and holds bachelor degrees in law and commerce.
Jeremy is a member of the Racing Appeals and Disciplinary Board of Racing Victoria and the Panel of Chairmen of the Grain Trade Australia Export Contracts Tribunal.
