Tim Charters
Tim Charters recently joined the firm and assists Morris Landau and Jeffrey Appel with general commercial and corporate work. Tim spends much of his time with the firm’s pharmaceutical clients and buying and selling of businesses. Tim also drafts commercial contracts and customer terms and conditions for businesses.
Tim has worked in several large firms in London, UK, practising mainly in the areas of Financial Services Regulation and Anti-Money Laundering. Tim has been seconded to a mortgage lender and insurance intermediary and appreciates the commercial needs of clients. Tim also has experience working in a large scale regulatory banking investigation whilst at Clifford Chance in London.
Tim has a keen interest in social and political issues and enjoys listening to music, reading and surfing.
