Liz Walkenhorst
Liz Walkenhorst works primarily with Morris Landau in the area of corporate/commercial law. She has been involved with a variety of commercial matters including sale and purchase of businesses, shareholder and unit-holder transactions and the establishment of corporate structures.
She has experience drafting a wide range of commercial agreements, such as shareholders’ agreements, employment agreements and software development agreements, and believes that the use of clear, concise language is essential in drafting legal documents.
Currently she is also studying a Post Graduate Diploma of Applied Finance and Investment at the Financial Services Institute of Australasia, she hopes to continue to expand her knowledge base to meet the growing needs of corporate/commercial clients.
